Jax R - slight rework concept

Jax's ult has a really nice passive, but the ult active has always been lame. Not weak, but lame.

Passive: Jax's every 3rd attack deals bonus magic damage -> No changes.

Live: Active: For 8 seconds, Jax gains 30/50/70 (+50% bonus AD) armor, and 30/50/70 (+20% AP) magic resist.

My rework: Active: For 8 seconds, Jax gains 20/35/50 (+50% bonus AD) (+20% AP) armor and magic resist, and every 2nd attack deals bonus magic damage.

Now it has a cool effect (his 3-hit passive temporarily becomes 2-hit) and the free stats aren't as biased towards armor (since Jax typically builds AD). (Of course I also nerfed the free stats since he gets the 2-hit passive and I don't want to give Jax a net buff)

And yet its a ridiculously strong buff for 0 reason. Unless its "every 4th hit without ult and every 2nd hit with ult", its still op just because of the damage
