I mean, the recommended items for Warwick are tank items anyway. So I figured, why not a full tank Warwick with Challenging - Cinderhulk?

with the nerfs on item 3009 maybe getting item 3111 as teams will use all their own cc to stop you from 1v5 or getting anywhere close to them. Also I don't see any real complaints with the items you picked with the exception of you have 3 too many. Most games end at the 20 min mark with surrenders or just stomps so get your jungle item and 1 or 2 other items.

The build would work indeed, but you wouldn't be able to fight another devourer user with this. I'ts a good build if you need to tank a lot (obviously you gotta choose the right items, if the enemy has a lot of ap you will probably switch for a SV + Banshee instead of FH + DMP) and yo ucan also take an item 2140 instead of that one if you feel comfortable with your tankyness and want more damage. But beware, you wo't be able to count on your ult/passive for the damage since you won't have any on-hit effects nor mr shread, meaning your damage will come pretty much only from the hydra and the bc (so ad damage) and it's easier to itemize against.
