so you want everyone to try hard every game and not have fun? how about no if you want to find a serious environment play ranked other than that you are out of luck

If they're still playing it to win I see nothing wrong with it. Normal Draft is where you go for a competitive environment without the underlying pressure of a meta, so I don't know what you expect.
