Well actually it is just one blind now. Just 
is left with the last blind in the game. I believe that blind should be removed from the game and for it to be switched to Nearsighted. Nearsighted is just a more consistent and easier to balance cc. It is time to remove the last blind.

Frosted Tips1 votesThe point of the post is to say that blinds have drastically different impact levels depending on who you are facing, but being nearsighted effects all champions more consistently than a blind. So it feels better overall and is easier to balance.
