If a team manages to last without Nexus Turrets for 10-15 minutes, can they get those turrets back?

Please. If a good team is good enough to repel multiple attempts on their nexus when they have next to no objective control (Ideally a team would stay in base 90% of the time) they should deserve those turrets back. I've seen teams repel 5th dragon AND baron and still lose because they're just so restricted in what they can do because their Nexus is bare. (It's basically ace-near ace the enemy team with no inhibs down or you're stuck in base until they can respawn and come back). It doesn't even have to be Nexus Turrets, just give them additional support if they manage to hold out that long. If a team can earn it, they deserve it.
