Any champion sounds overpowered if you just list off aspects with no evidence of their impact on gameplay:

All cooldowns reduced 2 seconds on autos A 308 base heal that can have a 0.4s cooldown 30 bonus armor for no cost, with the ability to reduce all enemy armor by 25 A targeted. 625 range stun An AoE nuke that also gives himself 70 AD AND 70AP, while giving all 4 allies 35....

Yeah, pre-rework Taric was totally overpowered.

You know what Sylas' kit doesn't allow him to do? Provide Artillery, Kite from range, Shield, Heal, or otherwise Buff allies, Build AD fighter items, Burst in one second like Diana and Riven can,

Diana's passive is at minimum five times as strong as Sylas's. So this "on steroids" lie is unreasonable.

You have not played him I see.

His passive does 250 magic damage in and AOE after every activated spell at the AOE size of Kat Daggers (when she picks them up)

Diana with the same items passive does 873. Yes its bigger BUT

Sylas procs his passive 4-5 times in the same time as her one. At 4 procs its 1000 damage. His shield is bigger then hers and on a 6s CD. His combos can be chained with little down time and he has a knockup on a 6s CD and then a Execute with a Heal on it that is a Auto attack reset.

You still haven't said you've played him, nor shown evidence to back up your claims.

And no, Diana with her E maxed and Nashor's can proc her passive just as often-- but will kill long before she needs to do it as many times as him.

I'm not sure about support though. He only really has .5 cc. I'm not sure about his base damage, but he is mobile.

So his Q has a slow.
His E is Naut's Q with a shield. He can use both of the enemies Ults in a fight if the jungler comes there is another ult he can use.
