Riot please do not delete Ohmwrecker

Ohmwrecker is a very niche item, and unique. I really enjoy building it when I do get the time to build it. The active is very fun to use when you know you can outplay an opponent. Many people underestimate the power of it, and also I think it's very balanced, and therefore should not be removed along with raptor's cloak.

If I'm against a full AD team, Ohmwrecker is definitely something I plan to build. Overall, it creates a unique playstyle which I think should not be removed, and in fact should be supported when it works. You don't see many people build it because many people can't pull off using it properly.
