Revert Yasuo 8.11 patch crit compensation buffs

Any possibility we could get a rioter to look at reverting the buffs Yasuo got recently when the major crit changes happened in that patch, since you guys are reverting the crit change to items a bit? It doesn't make sense to let Yasuo have compensation buffs when he doesn't need them now. This is one thing I dislike about these types of buffs, especially if there are reverts of things.

Please keep him on the radar, because I am thinking after the new changes to crit items again he'll be a problem in Solo Q.
