Xerath Q hitbox too wide and doesn't match indicator

Hello,

I've been playing games in preseason and I've noticed Xerath's Q hitbox is too wide and you still receive damage outside of the indicator. This is not just a little out of the indicator, but if you're something like a couple steps distance on either of the sides of his Q, it'll still hit, which is significant. This is especially bad on the Xerath Scorched Earth skin. Last season when I was playing against Xerath's their Q hitboxes were not out of the indicator range by this much, unless it's maybe related just to the Scorched Earth skin. Either way, it would be great if Riot would take a look and fix the indicator for Xerath. I've never realized it was this bad on Xerath though still.

I don't think it's fair to be hit by attacks that a player clearly dodged.

THIS!!!! it's still a problem I just get messed up but a xerath as a veigar not only is the out ranging tough but thinking you should be able to at least dodge his stun sometimes and not is too much.
