I've posted about several times. And what I've said is happening. Armor pen build is not good anymore for him. The nerfs recieved from that are now making Crit build not even viable on him and its showing. Is he gonna get anything this coming patch or the next one?

Still 46 is weak its still only second to kalista.

There are 12 other champions in between Lucian and Kalista if you order them by win percentage, it doesn't matter if it's just NA or all regions. I'm not saying Lucian does or doesn't need buffs, but your argument is wrong.

We are talking about adc. not the entire champion pool. is is 15th out of the 16 bot lane adcs. with a 44% win rate on NA on na.op.gg go check for yourself. i am not wrong check it for yourself.

And I literally just checked and it's not 44%, I don't know what statistics you're looking at but it's not 44% from anything I'm seeing right now.
Flaherty1 votesOkay looking again now I see that it's that low for all the games that have been played since the 10th, so less than 4 days. 4 days is not enough time for people to figure out more efficient ways of playing a champion, yes armor pen has been nerfed for him but that doesn't mean he needs to be changed just yet. There are several other champions, some of those are adcs, that need work before he does in my opinion.

Lord Desert1 votesits 48% at korea and 46 for euw, but to be fair most adcs lost about a bit of winrate in 6.22 so when the assasins and the items are balanced a bit better, those numbers will settle themselfs no ned to worry for now.
With the exeption of vayne and twich who use the assasin itmes

I like crit lucian too but it still really weak right now. The nerfs from trying to limit the armor pen build are screwing over the crit build while other adc's have either gotten buffs or were already strong
SwordOfWar1 votesI havnt whipped out Lucian yet for this pre season but with the addition of Knights Vow i feel like Braum Lucian will be even stronger. So there's an indirect buff? Idk lol. I believe in Lucian ;D
