How do you beat Kalista?

I was playing Zed in a normal game with a buddy, and I was waiting to assassinate their carry who was Kalista at the time. I ulted her, completed my full combo and W'd over a wall, hoping she couldn't return damage in the trade. She used her Q to hop over the wall, then lifesteal all of her health back while kiting me so I couldn't auto. I flashed away and she caught up after a few autos on the scuttlecrab.

This was full build Level 18 btw, so no damage difference

Tips on how to beat pls? Whats a weakness I should exploit next time?

Kalista's biggest weakness is the banning phase. You should really exploit that and ban her.

Pretend she's Vayne. CC her and burst her. Done.

Please offer some sort of gameplay counterplay for OP. CC counters just about every single champ. If "CC her" is the only form of counterplay suggestion you have, there is a problem with the champ.

Use Ghostblade and Bork if you are on Zed... Make sure you aren't near minions against Hurricane Kalista bc she can slow you with her Rend and get a reset if it killed a minion, so she can still use it to execute you. Also, don't trade against someone that built 5x as much sustain as you.... Only go in when you can actually kill them. Also, don't save Flash for when it isn't going to help you anymore. Just like in a gank, if you wait to flash until after they already get in range to slow you, well, they'll probably just walk over to where you flashed to.

Did she have a QSS?

In lane, have your ally play Graves or Draven , have support be an All-in type like Leona, Thresh, or Blitz.

Kalista is made of glass before she gets item 3085 + item 3072 and is VERY susceptible to burst.

Graves is the champ I've seen best counter her in terms of outright burst, but Draven is fantastic at forcing her to B repeatedly.

A full build Zed that unloads his combo on full build Kalista should splat her reliably. Kalista's hop thing shouldn't do anything to stop Zed from landind said combo.

Maybe your build is bad? Maybe you missed stuff?
