Why Intentional Feeders have such a high tolerance by RIOT ?

So I added a feeder to my friend list as i told he will get punished for his behavior, he just laughed at me. 3rd day he is still not punished even though in his 12 games (by watching his play history) he made by feeding/trolling his teams to lose 4 times. Dude in my team literally told he will feed and he did by continuously walking into enemy.

Now, if you try to flame hardcore for 4 games, you will get punished, so why hardcore feeding is tolerated ?

Because some people are just bad and Riot has to try to account for that. The low skill of some players and the fact that even really good players can have super shitty games both make it pretty hard for Riot to ban feeders unfortunately.

Because 99% of "inters" are just people who did poorly.

He probably laughed at you because it's a meme at this point to call someone an inter.

cuz riot is run by little babys who dont understand that theres a mute option in there own game therefore they for some reason care more about what people say then what they do

Because when the game is this volatile its hard to determine intentional feeding from 'my lane opponent can dive'

firstly, its because it has to be confirmed that it was in fact trolling.

second, it takes at least a week, due to the need for manual reviews.

Pretty easy to deal with. Go to the replay. Grab the footage showing things like standing under tower or walking into folks making 0 effort to not die. Often times with 0 aggressive actions. Then send in your report as a support ticket under "report cheating, phishing, or negative behavior" with the clips

Gets it to a human faster.

Sadly a lot of inaccurate reports becuase Constant reports for non intentional feeding games = large amount of rubbish to sort out.

I can tell you by first-hand experience with the IFS that there is no tolerance. You get a 14day or perma if you get reported after one hard int game in norms.
