Runic Armor Incoming health restoring effects and shields are increased by 1.6 / 3.2 / 4.8 / 6.4 / 8 %.
Will this Mastery Increase Mordekaiser's Passive Shield as it says or will it be another part of this Game specifically meant to be excluded from Mordekaiser ( Q and effects such as Devourer and On hit affects)

Jotunheimr2 votesYeah, why would they say shields and heals OH BUT not on Morde. This is quite upsetting. And to thonk I got exited. This might sound wonkus, but currently, I'm winning games as duo lane TOP Morde, and losing hard when I go bot lane. Why is this? Because, the enemy ganks the fuck outta Morde in the games I play as him, very early. As duo top, it throws them off and is 2vs 2 (top)instead of 3vs2(bot). As a result of going duo top, when I convince them, the jungler ganks top, NOT bot, allowing better chaces for the ranged adc to get fed, as well as having 2 lanes that can push objectives faster.
It's odd really. I hope they show Morde some love soon, because after the marksman update.. I dunno how he will survive.
I'm worried about Morde :(((

Good news, Certainlyt just confirmed that runic armor is intended to work on mordekaiser and that it doesn't work right now is just a bug :>

Could you test if it works on other champions with built in shields.
It could be they only intended for out side source shields to get buffed

Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't work with his W.
The more I read about what doesn't work on him the more I see the glaring failure of this Rework

Yeah man, I feel ya. I acually thought the concept of trying land 3q's for huge damage was cool, liked the heal, and the ult, but man, is there nothing other than rylai's and lianry's that helps him out? It sucks; not that I'm a pbe'er, but man. All these other champs can resonate with masteries except Morde.. It's disheartening because I like Morde. He's just cool ideally. But I feel he may be underpowered soon.
Or maybe I just suck, lol

It really won't affect me I quit Lol for Morde. I feel for you guys still playing. I wish that you would all stop playing him. To get a point across to Riot
