Some of the following would be good things to consider:
- Give her a bump in her movement speed? She's the only ADC with 325 base MS that doesn't have a dash, blink, or MS ability.
- Remove the decay from critical frost shots.
- Allow Volley to apply a single stack of Focus.
- Adjust her slow scaling. 5%/10% is a barely noticeable starting point and 25%/50% feels low for a ceiling.
