why should she be out of controll? the red elixir gives the same and isnt out of controll?

and early cdr is getting gutted she will not be able to pick up easy cdr in laning phase.. better revert the ult cd nerfs

Early CDR gutted? Caulfield's warhammer costs only 1100. That's 237 less than Brutalizer. CDR boots are 200 gold cheaper. Then turn Caulfield's warhammer into Black Cleaver for 30% CDR Add 10% from Runes. Add 5% from Mastery. 45% CDR with 2 items.

On top of that, with Black Cleaver you get armor shred for tanks. 300 HP. Tons of AD. And movement speed to chase down enemies.

Riven akali leblanc....deathfire is like a free item passive they get at level 1 to blow you up with.

I think I'll be enjoying next season playing COD or something rather than watch it be dominated by the champions that will always benefit more from keystones than other champions.
