What was your favorite memory / take away from Season 6? - Need your help for my research

Now that the season has ended and we seemlessly move into pre-season 7.... Looking back, what have you learned and taken from Season 6?

Would there be anything you could change?

Have any special memories you could share with me?

For me... I think we all realized how bad we missed solo/duo queue and that it never should have been taken away!

I'd be happy to listen to them and it would be excellent data for my other thoughts here at http://leaguetales.com/ [slayer-jinx-catface]

Favourite memory take away was how much they decided to change the game throughout the season this time. I want to say there was 2 major changes during the rank season this time.

Definitely agree, League of Legends seemed to be very dynamic this year which a very playable champion pool.

Me discovering fizz for the first time in the Pre season 6. Played nothing but fizz in the following months till I started up ranked again and ended up climbing straight up from Silver 1 to plat 2 in within 3 weeks in april. Unfortunately had a decline as I stopped playing for a few months after hitting my plat 1 promo's 8 times in a row and declined alot. Still proud to this day though when people try to claim that I either bought my account or paid to get boosted because of how fast the climb was :P

That's awesome to here, the best way to climb is to focus on a single or handful of champions in 1 or 2 roles. One tricking is always a great strategy. Once you reach your goal I would recommend branching and doing the same thing with another champion to start buffing your playable champ pool :)

When I started to play Darius and illioa and the took over most my games

They both definitely have 1v5/ snowball potential. 2v1'ing the jungler and top laner is always fun.

When I roflstomped a Yasuo as 1st time Morde. It was the 1st blood that got me. He came in for a trade and I got an E off as poke, then dropped 2 Qs on his face when he started to hit me. We were both low but I cancelled the 3rd Q just as he was winding up to kill me with a Q.

That Q hit for about 300 or so damage at level 4. It. Was. Beautiful.

My favorite part of season 6 is that it ended.

Here's to Riot somehow finding a way to make season 7 worse!

Mr Carbon1 votes

I mean, it wasn't all that bad. Dynamic queue was a drag, but there was still some good to be found.

I can't think of much. DQ sucked. Game balance was pretty bad. The new champs weren't anything special and the pro scene was REALLY stagnant after the exciting wild card teams all bombed out. It was just bad all around.
