Riot going to change Katarina and turn her into an AD practically

Katarina's W will basically deal (+120% Bonus AD) if maxed, her E will do no damage and will refund 80% cooldown if shunpo'd into an enemy champion, her Q will also deal less damage. This changes will make gunblade now an essential item for katarina. At least can we get (+0.75 bonus AD) to her Q? because she'll deal much less damage if built ap. This changes will do so much difference, that there'll practically be no difference between building AP or AD. She'll have to rely more on auto attacks. THIS IS A HUGE NERF to her AP scaling, can we make her AD build more viable now then? This changes will also turn katarina into a more viable top lane champion.
