Spear of Shojin has to go. Cooldown needs to have a meaning here.

A Riven ulting in for a dive just shows how committed the player has to be while trusting himself to deal as much damage as he can, while at the same time being squishy as well. SoS literally eliminates half of that meaning by babysitting her already-short cooldown into making her a destructive mess when ahead.

On a side note, please reduce the ult refund on Presence of Mind rune to about 10%. It just synergies too well with Nocturne.

If they remove SoS it will do? If you only want to fuck over Riven (and some other toplaners) then say "Remove BC and SoS". Although they would buy ER so remove that too. Then cooldowns would have a meaning.... if we totally ignore that mages get billion cdr with every single item they buy. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

The ones who can build Spear are usually very strong even without it.

Riven , Jax , Yasuo , Renekton , Vayne , MasterYi , etc all have a good pool of items to abuse from and still remain relevant. Spear takes them over the top.

They don't. They should. Neither the people who play Yasuo, or Vayne are very bright. Those aren't particularly hard champs to play.

Vayne should be building spear. Too bad most ADC mains aren't very intelligent or they'd go spear as the second item, right after BORK.

There's no reason to build crit on her when you can build two items and then become a god right away.

You clearly don't know how to play adc nor vayne yet you obviously know what's best to build on vayne. Shojin is useless on hwr because her q CD is already insanely low. Makes basically no difference and the stats aren't worth it

CDR is only a problem for bruisers. Not mages or supports.

It's actually ridiculous playing mages right now. Running around with 45%CDR as xerath, vlad at one completed item into the game.

I agree SoS is a problem but only because it's only useful on max three champs and even those don't really want it due to cost and shitty build path but just synergies so well with them.

We should have gotten atmas and actual SoS that was proposed but alas atleast we got trinity/steraks removed for items we never received :)

I nitpick Riven because her cooldown should meant as an ability cost since she doesn't use Mana like Renekton.

And ER only grants cooldown reduction, which isn't the same as reducing every basic abilities' cooldown by 1 second for each time she AAs.

I would be along with this post... If any of my time or the enemy team used it. I think the only champions I think benefit from that are champions whose ults are transformations, or yasuo and kai'sa.

Riven, Renekton, Jax, all of which are horrible to play against as soon as they get SoS, all of which would do fine without SoS.

there's enough data now surely. how many shojin boosted pentakills do we need to see on highlight channels before the item gets removed. also like only 3 champions can even use the fucking item.
