Why isn't my loss forgiven if a player didn't connect to the game at all?

I only want one good reason, and none of that "bullied out of the game" shit because how do you plan on bullying someone who doesn't enter a game he started? I'm not even joking, if you ever played DotA2 you'd know that you can leave the game anytime you want without consequences if you have an AFK player for more that a few minutes, but here, you are getting consequences for losing an unfair game. I understand if it may be hard to make a system that makes a 4v5 game enjoyable, but if someone doesn't move from 0:00 till the end of the game, there is absolutely no reason, what so ever, not to get a completely forgiven loss. Like, what the fuck Riot?? You have the most played game on the planet and you can't get the most simple shit straight.

It's so fucking simple that I can't understand why isn't it in the game. You have a kid who doesn't connect to the game at all - Loss Forgiven.

So when you beat them before 30 minutes because your team didn't have to share experience and everyone could snowball better, does the enemy with 5 champs get loss forgiven? After all, they were negatively impacted by the 5v4. If not, I don't see how that could be balanced for the matchmaking system.
