Allow Clairvoyance to increase max wards
So instead of 3 wards, it's 6 (2 pink, 4 green) plus its active

ValyrianBlade2 votesThe unfortunate thing is it would enforce a meta where supports take it and are expected to ward everything.
We all get a free ward for a reason. If all 5 players use their free ward and put up a pink, then you'll have more than enough vision. Anything that allows a support to get more vision will just make laners abuse supports even more.
I'd be possibly okay with it increasing the duration of wards though.
