League of Community (idea)
As we can see there are so many threads like "nerf X", "buff Y", "rework idea for Z", "new items idea" etc... jet only a few of them is ever answered by any Rioter. It really feels like you're ignoring us :(.
I understand that Riot guys and gals can be too busy for their own community ideas, that some of this threads are just whines, that we're not professional game designers but we, COMMUNITY, want to help you create better game experience for everyone.
So, after all this whines :D, here is my idea: Lets create a platform inside of LoL Client (e.g. in summoner profile) where Riot will every week post polles with thier ideas for balance, champion reworks, items, ask us questions etc. Not every player visit forums and when they do its often after his/her lost game against chmpion XYZ and then thay create whine threads ;(. With tool like this Riot can gather much greater amounts of feedback (not only form forums and PBE) than ever and community wont feel ignored anymore.
An example poll (with zz'rot portal as an example) can look like this:
Hello Community, here is Riot_XYZ. We want to create a new item for tanky champions focused on pushing objectives. We have many ideas for this but we want to know what is best, most funny and healthy in your opinion.
a) some sort of gate thats spawn minions for limited amount of time b) a turret (think of heimer turrets) that attack nearby enemy turrets c) a torch that set enemy turret in fire reducing its damage and slowly deals dmg to it

Or (with Zed as example)
We are aware that Zed is not that healthly assasin but we dont want to overnerf him because he is fun to play and we want to keep him viable. Here is the question: What part of Zed's identity is the most unfunny and unhealthly in your opinion?
a) splitpushing potential b) tank shredding c) safety ...
Ofc Riot can decide if bronze/silver, banned or under 30 lvl players can vote in specific poll. They can even decide if they want addres specific poll to players with e.g. +100 Sona games. Also i think that for voting Riot can give players like +15-50 ip per poll they voted in.
