No but for real, this item feels like it's way too strong for its cost. The difference in damage between having and not having Tabi is utterly ridiculous, and I find myself stalling the purchase just so that it doesn't instantly become a free lane. Of course, others don't (and shouldn't) feel the same way, and rush that sh*t like their local McD's had Szechuan Sauce. The Ardent Censer of top lane.

It helps but it doesn't feel like a huge impact of the game tho.

Huge impact in the game? Probably not. Huge impact in lane? Without a doubt. I can be thrashing an opponent, and then they buy Tabi and can now thrash me, even if they don't have any actual extra damage in their items. Just the sheer value of armor + 10% reduction to AAs is massive.

It is? Guess there is no way for me to notice since I don't main champions that is a huge aa focus if AP kennen doesn't count. But good to know since I recently added galio into my pool.

You can force Hexdrinker shield and put it on cooldown before your all-in. You can't really.. put Tabis on cooldown..

Okay, but the true damage isn't the focus of their kit. Fiora wants to hit vitals, but can't always. Irelia's true damage is hilariously negligible. What, 75 true damage an autoattack? That doesn't increase at all, by the way, with sheen. Her main damage is still her attack damage, same with Fiora.

Fiora is one of my best champions, and I'd say I understand her kit, her strengths, weaknesses and everything more than I understand anything else in this game. She's been my Plat Pony for two seasons now. Ninja Tabi's cripple her, and leave her damage in the gutter if she's not hitting vitals, and even then the vital isn't 100% of the damage she deals, she still deals AA damage, and that gets cut. Meanwhile, she's still taking the same amount of damage, while automatically dealing less for the rest of the game (10% is a lot of damage shaved off. 100 ad, that's 10 damage gone, then resistances on top of that.) Ninja Tabis hurt her a lot, throw another cheap item in there item 3076 and even her vitals won't save her.
