Fiora's Passive suggestion.

I think Fiora new passive is a bit under-rewarding for the amount of effort it takes to pull off.

Most of the time in order to proc her passive, you would have to go out of your way / position to hit it. Or use your Q skill which has a relatively long CD at early levels, so you wont be able to use it again for an escape or to reproc it. ( It also has a very weird hit box that is not always reliable ). And even if you do proc it, you put yourself in melee range where most other champs can deal = or > dmg to you and still win the trade. Example of this is fighting an enemy laner with good sustain. ( Renekton ,Nasus, Vladimir , being a few examples).

While being a duelist, I can understand the idea behind it. But for what its worth, the reward you gain for successfully outplaying your opponent, seems a bit lack luster. Here are 4 ideas that I think would help her be a lot viable in lane + other areas of the game.

1.) Be able to proc your passive on monsters or large minions ( Can help her sustain in lane when bullied or countered )

or

2.) Increase the amount of HP recovered per hit ( At the moment, it barely undo's the damage from 1 auto attack)

or

3.) Make the base CD of her Q shorter ( 20secs at level 1 seems a bit to harsh for someone who thrives on dueling people )

or

4.) Making your passive invisible to your enemies. ( while this may take away from the idea of her kit. Having your enemy know when they will get it, makes the passive 2x as harder to activate, since 2 people are trying to use her passive, instead of one. )

Of course I don't think all of these ideas should implemented at once, but I think at least any one of them will make her passive a lot more fun to use. Rather then a high risk low reward scenario.

That is true, being difficult to pull off makes her more fun to play. But, the reward for the difficulty seems very underwhelming.

Edit

Example: If she fails to land her passive ( part of this is due to it being buggy ) not only will she miss dmg, she will miss her chance to recover any hp, (and being the squishy melee she is), most likely be zoned out of lane if she takes any dmg.

On the otherhand, if she does loose trade, and she tries to activate her passive again. The hp recover / %dmg compared to her enemy trading a few auto attacks, at early levels, doesn't seem to be in her favor ( and this doesn't include the enemy skills and sustain dmg ). Even if she successfully activates it again, she still has the disadvantage from missing her trade off in the earlier fight.

( now this may seem obvious with many champs ) But considering Fiora's main abilities revolve around her passive. The trade off for missing even one, can be a bit brutal for her.

IMO if she's that difficult to pull off her % damage passive then I like this rework.

It feels good imo to proc the passive with Hydra/Bork/Shiv/Lunge. It's beautiful and does mega damage. So I enjoy it too. I just wish it had more value early game or that it worked in the jungle because Jungle Fiora was incredibly fun and now...its non-existent.

Fiora is strong enough, and look I'm sorry if you are used to face rolling, but most people have to think about what they are doing in a fight.

I rather like Fiora's passive, however while I think it could use a little more impact, I feel like its power is very understated - because it scales with AD late game it allows Fiora to absolutely destroy people. If it's made any stronger at base, it would allow Fiora to build tanky and exploit her true damage to be turned into a very, very annoying bruiser which isn't the fantasy Fiora is supposed to fulfill. One area of improvement I could see would be in regards to her ultimate; currently any form of interruption, slow, or stun during the ult will more or less guarantee Fiora will not get all 4 hits. She needs a bit of help in order to reliably do it on her own, otherwise the ultimate feels extremely lackluster.

Yea I think the dmg myself is a bit too strong lategame. Early game its very unoticable, but lategame it can just destroy tanks with ease. Perhaps the overall scaling should change, as I am much more happy to trade DMG for sustain.

I guess the point was to allow her to duel any opponent no matter if they are tanks or squishies whilst not making her OP.

I miss fiora jungle too ( hince the hopeful request of making her passive work on some jungle camps). But funny you should say that kjs, her dueling potential is not really there, cause any champ that see's your passive knows how to avoid it, and if they have click abilities, its much harder for you to hit them, then it is for them to hit you ^_^.

Overall, in lane, I feel like you need to be significantly better then the other player, in order to properly duel them. Just that's my opinion
