i mean he litterly can non stop harrash you with hes high damage Q and he litterly got infinate sustain srsly how is that fucking balanced ?

Very Hard Engage1 votesvlad is pretty weak, he wants to do little skirmishes with you. he has trouble with a lot of 1v1 champions. thats not to say vlad cant outplay them, its just that he doesn't do a lot of damage to win the trade, but rather he trades again later when he has more hp again from his life drain.
