Ranked queues disabled? Why?

I got loss prevention in my ranked game after getting destroyed :)

seriousl doesn't make sense to disable ranked because some people cant log in. fact is many can still log in and you'll simply be faceing those people. So it wouldn't affect anyone no able to log in since if they can't log in, they can que up for ranked.

Most of us can't even log in, I think that's why they disabled ranked.
