Still No Border
I ended the season Silver 3. Yet my friend already got his border and I havent. What is the deal here?

If you have yet to get your Border, you are more likely to receive a response by submitting a ticket to Riot. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new, sign in and simply send a post about it.
