No assassin should be this safe. Even Shaco has his stealth on a 10-12 second cooldown. Vlad has a 10 second cooldown on his invulnerability.

Fizz is pretty meh. he's balanced around 45% cdr and has the weakest laning phase of basically any mid laner. He hasn't been overtuned since the nerfs he received over a year ago.
I'm really getting tired of you trying to deal whatever damage you want every 6 seconds when its time for your out of position adc to die. You cant just cover for them
I picked a champ specifically for this purpose and you need to respect that.
