Her old ulti is one of the best supportive ultimate in the game. But now it just looks like its an offensive ultimate. It looks cool and all but you still didn't keep your promise :(
EDIT: SORRY, this post was made before the ability reveal for kayle. In the teaser, it didn't show it on her ally. Just herself.
Infernape7 votesAugust himself said he'd more than likely get rid of her supportive aspects to focus on her offence.
letsfeedtogether2 votesshe still has heal. they said heal or invulnerability
Done252 votesThe heal is the support part. Targeted invulnerability was just too strong and ate up too much power.
j j2 votesYeah? Let's rework a champion on her 10 yr? Too much power that it changed completely after 10 years? Lol okay. Her heal was never "her" support part. Most people couldn't even utilize it to it's fullest with lack of AP or CD or mana. It never scaled really well ever.
l MrD l1 votesi still see it as a defensive ultimate ...
Its like a counterattack feature to me ... yes in teh video it was used offensively but if you think about it if you get dived just ult ... immune to damage as well as a strong counter attack ... kind like a self ulting liss ult
j j1 votesGlad I quit basically back in 2010 and played casually since... I only log on once every several months at this point to play a couple aram's. I miss what the game used to be and it's always a sad reminder on how much has changed and how this franchise will consistently rip apart champion identity to hype a different play style or new player base. I can tell you now back when I played the game was a much different game. A much more fun game than those the majority who play now will ever know. League of legends broke too many promises... but I understand it's a business. I guess I shouldn't have had been surprised even when they sold out. They have obligations under that leadership to deliver results...
