"Bard has no scaling" lol what? He's got AP Scaling on both the Q & W.

And he's right? By "he has no scaling" he probably means that Bard doesn't make great use of AP. I didn't watch the video but Bard really has little incentive to build AP.

A champion with only a slow, low range, high cooldown ability with a measly 50% AP ratio as their only source of ability damage should not be building AP at all. The W AP ratio is only 45% as well. And that's when it's fully charged. If you're full AP, you're going to have limited usefulness as you have only one damage ability and you're too squishy to get into auto range for your passive damage. The AP ratio on heal is really, really bad considering it has a 12 second cooldown and takes a ridiculous 10 seconds to get to 45% AP ratio from 20%.

If you're going to play Bard, it's probably more effective to just play him with CDR and some tanky/support items. Maybe even some attack speed but I'm not too sure how his passive works so don't quote me on that.

attack speed doesn't help him very much; only four of your autoattacks will really matter late game. meeps respawn every 8 seconds
