Teémò1 voteshp regen runes used to work with % hp regen items and spirit visage. Then they changed it to bonus hp regen. Felt so bad. Maybe akali for that energy dump that's her E. or zed triple shadow Though it wouldn't be worth it. Be better off with the crappy gold runes xD
