Shaco Q change on ptr

alfavhunter··3 votes·428 views

because a lot of the power is being removed form shacos Q can we reduce the mana cost at least?

some form of compensation that is reasonable?

example lower the cost from 60 at all ranks to 60/55/50/45/40

it offers no damage now it shouldn't be as expensive as it is
