The entire mode is supposed to be random. People who dodge should be punished more heavily.

I should not have to suffer through 3-4 lobbies because people are playing the wrong mode.

I could care less about the dodgers being punished. I just want to be given the option for the game to let me stick with the last champ given to me prior to the dodge. I hate getting Lux followed by a dodge, then blitzcrank followed by a dodge, and then I get stuck with Udyr and no one dodges. This is the most depressing thing about ARAM is getting stuck with the less fun champs after you lost funner champs from others dodging.

It's a permanent game mode.

It is no less "serious" than SR.

Riot needs to do a lot with ARAM, that doesn't make what I said any less valid. Your deflections are poor and tired.

Seriously? The first dodge time is 15 minutes first dodge. Not to mention aram is already treated like every other gamemode. Break the code, get punished.

People dodging in arams is the same as dodging in normals, only difference is the longer que time. BUT GET THIS! Unless your game is lasting an hour, your chance of getting that same dodger in the lobby is low. the first dodge is 15 minutes, the second is 30. Idk when it stops adding, but 30 minutes for dodging 2 games? That usually stops them from trying again for awhile.

If you're having such an issue with dodges, go play sr yourself. Because a lot of us dodge, not because we don't like the champ, but because we can't play them and have no rerolls/can't trade/no one wants to reroll for us. We can't magically play every champ we own.

Or because the lobby is toxic to the point it's not worth getting into the game.

If you don't like the champion you got randomed, don't play ARAM. It's that simple.

If SR had the same gameplay as ARAM, maybe. But it doesn't, so that's not a valid option.

Why are you playing a mode where you have to play a random champion if you're not okay with playing a random champion? If you roll a champ you're bad at, that's as good a time as any to try to get better.

No. The lobbies take no time to get through, so even if you get a couple dodges in a row, the time before games is very short. Its a casual mode don't be so serious.

It's a permanent mode and dodging it should carry a punishment. If you don't like randomized champions, don't play it.

Do you know what Casual means? I means something to not take seriously not a rotating game mode in what you are thinking about. Secondly Aram is too broken atm where Poke comps win a majority of the time. Try a game of 5 melee vs 5 ranged poke. You will have the most fun 25 min game mode ever.

The other problem is there are people who treat Aram as if they are the LCS and have accounts dedicated only to Aram. The only melee champs they have are the free weekly ones.

Don't put words into my mouth you are acting like a child throwing a tantrum his toy was taken. Secondly I was correcting you that Casual is not something that is a weekly game mode in which every time someone says Casual you counter by saying it's a Permanent game mode. Secondly how can they fix it? Dodging already gives you a timer so what you want people banned for dodging Arams, but not for SR? Secondly how can they fix how broken that game mode is? Any suggestions outside of FUCK THESE PEOPLE FOR DODGING will be better suited then this temper tantrum you are going on. The problem is there can never be a ranked mode for Aram, because of the huge difference between poke comps and Melee comps. If a team gets 4 ranged and 1 tank against 5 melee/tanks that ranged team wins 90% of the time unless they are ungodly stupid.

The melee champs should actually be favored if it hits 20 minutes. It's just getting there that's difficult.

The only melee champs they have are the free weekly ones.

Also incorrect. There are some top-tier melee champs.

No it's aram shut up. It's a random champ select decided by the "amount of poke you have = how much fun you have" Dodging it shouldn't even merit a punishment. It's just annoying and I'd rather have one for all as a permanent gamemode.

You are wrong. Dodging should always merit a punishment. As of now, there is no meaningful punishment for it. There is no LP to be lost, so dodging because you don't like what you got is toxic as fuck.

If you don't like randomized champions, don't play ARAM. Dodging is for pussies.

I'm wrong? True I only gave an opinion. But no don't give a harder punishment for someone who regretted queuing up. And there is a punishment, if you dodge a ranked game you lose lp... Because if you don't I'm going to abuse the fuck out of that to win all my ranked games.

Then don't give me useless champions like Skarner, Renekton or Udyr in ARAM and I won't dodge, simple as that.

Video games are meant for enjoyment, and it's not that enjoyable to get stuck with a melee champion in ARAM. Played Skarner into a Xerath, Ziggs, Sona, Cait, Vayne earlier today. You can pretty well guess how that turned out.

The dodge penalties are fine as they are: 15 minutes for the first (I switch to another account if I want to play ARAM with friends) and 30 minutes for the second... I've never dodged beyond two games in one day so I don't know if it goes further.

"Then don't play the game mode" you'll say... and my response is... 'right back at ya'. You're the one with the problem regarding people dodging, not me... I'm fine with it. Since you're the one with the problem, then you stop playing it.
