Most of the ridiculous outplays Yasuo pulls off only happen because his enemies are unskilled.
I know this is a harsh truth but someday you will have to accept it.
I've seen people spamming skillshots against a pre-casted windwall countless times, then complaining the windwall is stupid because it absorbs their poorly aimed spells.
I've seen people attempting to run away from a Yasuo through a freaking lane, then complaining about his chasing power.
I've seen Annies missing Point&Blank Tibbers on a dashing Yasuo, which is already a giant fuckup, but they still go ahead and complain about his TARGETED, totally TRACKABLE and PREDICTABLE, dashing mechanic when everything they had to do was to engage with Q rather than R, as windwalling Disintegrate won't get rid of the stun for some reason.
Targeted - He needs a target to dash to. That is already a big drawback for a mobility mechanic. Trackable - Just keep track of your freaking minions. If you can draw a straight line between YOU, Yasuo AND one of your minions, chances are, they are going to slash through it. Predictable - He always dashes the same exact distance unless you Dash against a wall which will result in you not even dashing anyway OR going over it.
I've seen Malzahars ulting Yasuos while the Whirlwind is travelling in their general direction, then complaining about their bullshit ultimate while they draw their Last Breath.
I've even seen those top lane Bruiser Gragas, which used to be a thing not so long ago, complaining about how TANKY Yasuo is when they could literally build a Rod of Ages and be nearly unkillable for 95% of the champions in this game.
Why do you think he always stomps your team in SoloQ but gets grinded to dust in any form of Competitive environment?
Because those people aren't garbage at this game and actually know how to avoid piling up against a Malphsuo comp.
He got a few picks in NA but he barely won any games.
And Koreans keep trying to make him work but he fails more often than not.
Also, a lot of people say Yasuo is cancer.
But Yasuo is way more like that weird Karma thingy, it is only a bitch if you are bad.
