see if you want people to sympathize when you ask for nerfs on x, you have to provide some kind of numbers dude. plus, his true damage on his passive is usually less then most health regen anyway.

and "nerf his R" dosent exactly tell anyone what you feel is wrong because for all you know they could lower its damage but compensate with range, or vice versa but still be a problem
