Hello , i was playing an ARAM and Warwick ulted singed and singed flipped him after he was already being ulted by warwick , is this supposed to happen? it was quite weird.

its a coding thing. If Singed Activates Fling on WW before the WW has landed on the singed the Singed E will take priority and flip the WW anyway.

Its kind of like how Viktor's Enhanced W pull takes priority over everything in the game that isnt unstoppable.

Singed's E has a cast time. In League of Legends, casts cannot be interrupted except by the caster losing sight of the target, the target becoming untartgetable by some means, or by the caster dying.

In this specific scenario, Singed queued up his E on you. When you got close enough, he started the cast on his E. You reached him and he finished the cast on his E, interrupting your ult.
