How does ranked shielding work???

I was wondering if and when the ranked shielding warning that it will expire from playing/losing your ten games would begin to pop up. If it does, where does it warn you. I'm currently Diamond V 0 LP and am hoping that I can lose one more game and be fine since the season ends on November 7th at 11:59pm. Had a bad loss streak and I think I lost anywhere between 7-10 games in a row. I can't remember. I only have to play one more game based on the 28 day LP decay rule till season ends but I don't know when my shield will expire T.T I'm hoping it wont be on the next loss if I do end up losing. I dont see a warning anywhere yet that my shield is going to expire though. I read the riot support article on shielding but the image of the warning that the shield will wear off appears to be from an older client.
