Rek'sai tunnel bug. Creates tunnel but doesn't go thru

So I have come across this bug multiple times with Rek'sai but haven't really thought much of it other than a general annoyance up until now, which is why I am choosing to report it. Every time I try to burrow E through a long stretch of terrain/thick wall, my tunnel entrances goes thru it but I don't. In very rare instances, it even occurs when I use it on open terrain. This bug happens on average once every two games I play with her so it might be a little hard to replicate. I just lost a ranked game cause of this bug so I hope something is done to fix it. Wish I could send a video in of it happening but its random nature makes it hard to capture it.
