Please disable Sett in ARURF until he gets fixed

Currently Sett can 1v5 the enemy team and win in ARURF, the issue is all shields are suppose to be nerfed by 50% in ARURF, but his are not allowing him to be nigh unkillable. Doesn't matter if you focus him down his shield us as big as his health bar.

Whats scary is these values are not pumped up in ARURF, meaning his shielding mechanic may actually wind up being OP in normal play.

I find modes like ARAM and ARURF are a good measure of determining if a champion is borderline OP or not. If a champion is borderline they are beyond broken OP in these sped up gamemodes. Sett is just another example of this.
