can i have team builder back?

read EVERYTHING before you post anything that i "should have covered" in the comments below.

as fun as the new draft mode is (and believe me i love this mode), the way i used team builder was for me to learn more about a specific champ and/or role (i don't know about everyone else), so compared to new draft mode (ndm just to save my fingers in the comments) there is actually no comparison (besides people getting the roles they want (iv had to deal with that person before)). to put a cap on this the end question is when, when is team builder coming back? (and yes i know this change is temporary i just want to know when it reverts or changes to give back team builder)

I absolutely hate the new champion select sucks for the following reasons, so many people don't lock in on their banns or the champion they are going to play, people pick the champ they prefer to play and think that's the champion they locked in as, but then it makes them lock it in a second time and if you don't it makes you dodge, also if you don't ban it forces you to dodge, it already takes about 5-10 minutes to have everyone locked in and ready, but me having to go through 4 ques to get in a game where everybody's ready takes me like 30 minutes it's ridiculous,
