nowhere in patch 4.19 do they say they removed elixirs

in aram there is no elixirs anymore. so why not at least say it in the patch?

also is team builder the new summoner rift?

i hate team builder and only will play it if it has the updated map.

anyone know?

Not yet, it's still in PBE but next patch should have the updated SR.

The first phase of the new SR beta is this patch, just not turned on yet.

Stage one is Team Builder and Bots Stage two is Normals and Customs Stage three is Ranked.

So it's coming to everything just taking time
