Ziggs is not bad. with the athenes buff he will come back.

Twitch is not bad, he just has no purpose in this meta / hes an assassinating adc, we dun need dat atm.

Yorick is stupid, press qwewqewqewqerqeweqwe to make a play? riot needs to rework him. aside from that he was played in a specific comp.

Ziggs is cancer. So is Xerath , admittedly, but Ziggs is far worse.
