Not a Noc player or anything, but I don’t really have any problem with his damage.
What’s bullshit though is that he can press 1 button and block my vision for 6 seconds with basically no counterplay at all, I just become unable to see anything for 6 seconds and there’s nothing I can do about it. That’s what I find annoying/problematic about him.
