Right now his ult can almost 1 shot you at level 6, also his bullets don't even have to touch you since it's hitbox is too large, it's like Jinx's ult right now, and with thunderlord's decree, it's just cancer.
It needs to be fixed.

I main support (squishy supports at that). I play with and against Lucian often enough. If he's ulting towards you, freaking move. The hitbox is not that big.

He can move but once he's chosen an angle he can't change it. You have the upper hand.
