So when I have both spell vamp and life steal on champion that have abilityes that apply on hit effects like yasuo's Q will it heal me for both life steal and spell vamp or for only one of those and if its one of those which one is it?
[Spellvamp] only works for active champion abilities that do not modify basic attacks or apply on-hit effects (including true damage abilities).

So in the case mentioned, you'd only benefit from lifesteal on the physical damage you dealt.
q isnt a aa. lifesteal is for aa only.
