So when I have both spell vamp and life steal on champion that have abilityes that apply on hit effects like yasuo's Q will it heal me for both life steal and spell vamp or for only one of those and if its one of those which one is it?
Mysticman891 votes[Spellvamp] only works for active champion abilities that do not modify basic attacks or apply on-hit effects (including true damage abilities).

So in the case mentioned, you'd only benefit from lifesteal on the physical damage you dealt.

LXII1 votesMostly correct, but not entirely. Lifesteal is not an on-hit effect. The only ability I can think of that would prove my point is Irelia's dash. It does on-hit effects but does not benefit from lifesteal. It would benefit from Gunblade's vamp though. Most other abilities that apply on-hits are either modified AA's or a spell that counts as an AA (Yasuo and Ezreal), so that's why they still get the lifesteal.
Mysticman891 votesIf bladesurge is not currently applying lifesteal, then that's a bug. The wiki explicitly says it does apply it though, so you might want to double check.
What I stated for when lifesteal is applied was basically copy pasted from the wiki, which has a link to an old rioter post as a source, and I don't believe they've reworked how lifesteal works at any point.
