Remove autofill in low ELO

Does anyone else think that autofill should be removed in low ELO? Its full of wood 6 noobs not wanting to play support and then dodging and getting support again, trolling, or going duo mid/jg/top/adc. Waiting time in low elo is pretty short so there is no reason to now remove it :/.
