Leaver Buster

So I just got a leaver buster (I had to leave beacuse I was lagging like crazy and it was just getting worse and we had no chance anyways since it was 28-4 for enemy). When I am entering the game and waiting for it can I just wait for the leaver buster to end then leave the quene and wait for a leaver buster again? Will I complete a leaver buster like that?
