Getting hit like a golf ball by Kayn in Onslaught is a joke

In this particular match it was EVERY single time I got back to Kayn I just get launched across the fucking map, most of the time into the horde of monsters we successfully avoided the first time and into the fire-y patches of ground which is a waste of the warp spell but necessary if I even want to bother trying to survive until I get launched again 10 seconds later. How can I even help my team if I'm being catapulted across the map with no guaranteed way of living for longer than 2 seconds when I can finally fucking move again? Or wasting the warp spells that take forever to recharge in a mode like Onslaught?
