Taric's is empowered auto-attacks, that decrease your Q's CD/increase its stacks. Lee gets bonus attack speed, and restores energy.

Uh...Taric's passive is an upgraded version of Lee's.

Taric goes 'Smack smack Heal Smack Smack Heal Smack Smack Heal etc' and then your carry dies.

Taric's old passive was updated... Lee Sin just copied his original... Taric's is still more original...
