Let's say they have trundle olaf and braum 2 of them are almost unkitable they have alot of dmg alot of cc and tankiness how to deal vs them when your team has no tank ? especially that i am assasin junglers main , i find this situation really hard to deal with , i do think that this tanky fighters make assasins look like shit

You need AT champions (Trundle, Vayne) and Kite enablers (Lulu, Gnar) on your team.
