So about a week or so i did a really bad game as azir and hes one of my favorite champs to play but the match gave me HUGE TILT like before this game i was good for my division and could carry games as almost any champ but now i do average or bad and my hand feels awkward using my mouse even though i never felt this before. I tried taking a break for a few days but when i came back i was shittier then before and its all stacking into a huge tilt for me. HELP ME PLEASE

Step 1: Go to the bed room. Step 2: Download lots of porn. Step 3: Imagination. Step 4: You are no relieved and can go play some more League. Step 5: You win your next game as AP udyr.

i'd say the main thing is to stop trying to come off of tilt. you don't need to think your way out of it or anything, you just need to focus on the game and you will automatically play how you know how to play. you don't need to remember how to play or how to use your mouse correctly or whatever, just pay those worries no mind when they pop up. "ok i'm worrying about my mouse, that happens, but the best thing i can do is just keep playing despite it."

some tilt comes and goes, but it only gets worse when u start paying it any special attention. just keep trying to play normally and don't think you have to do anything special. your skill is still there, it hasn't gone anywhere.

Well, what was it about the game that threw you on tilt? Was it the enemy team? Was it your team? Was it something someone did, did not do, or was it something you did or did not do?

Haha that's normal. The things I say to myself sometimes would get me banned if I said them to someone else. I call myself a stupid motherfucker once a game usually. Maybe its your champ selection with all the new changes. Maybe what you were playing isn't as viable as it was or needs some tinkering with the runes and masteries to bring it up to date with the new changes. I know all about losing streaks and tilt. I've won 90% of my last 20 games though. My secret.....mute. If I start the game off sucking....I mute everyone and don't talk....then I just rage at myself till I do better. I tell myself my team is just monkeys with keyboards and if I don't make somethin happen we lose. I just won a game with 2 trolls who took smite but neither jungled and we had no adc. It was totally a tiltworthy game and we won.

This is a good mentality to have, but try not to be hard on yourself. Reflect on the past in order to do better in the future.

I.E., Should I have flashed there? cause it led to a camp, and i got nerfed. next time, be more careful about flash. now adjust your playstyle. remember your being camped, and that the enemy laner has the pressure and advantage on you. etc.

In my experience (i used to tilt after one single kill on the map), he best way to stay positive is to smile after you mess up. Know why sure, but laugh at it too. It will do more than you think to your brain. Also, mute the enemy team if they're gonna be "haha" about it, and mute your team if you expect flaming or questions. play your game. Also, don't necessarily force yourself to carry. Many people die a lot and still try to play the hero. make yourself useful to the carry or the team, either through peel, protect-the-carry playstyle, assists, map vision, bait, etc. don't play the "I can destroy anyone game". These are examples of positive play.

If you're on tilt, DO NOT PLAY RANKED. you could get lucky, but it's not what you should play and be hoping for, cause your expectations will be shattered when your teammates are scrublords or also in your position. instead, play a game with friends where you don't care at all in normals, and play stupid comps or try something new. you will expect not to be awesome, and it will cheer you up. Or try to make your NORMAL game objective different: not to win the game necessarily, but maybe get first blood, get 100% cs in lane, practice freezing/pushing timing, warding techniques, a cool combo you want to pull off, not using flash the whole game, etc... It might help you practice elements of your gameplay specifically, and if you accomplished the no-flash-all-game challenge despite you losing, you'll be satisfied about that. BUT: This is if you still WANT to play the game, not feel like you HAVE to.

If you DESPERATELY NEED a win, don't play for a bit. Take a break, watch something non-league related, go outside and exercise, converse with your friends, do work, etc. Do something to get your mind off league, and move it away for an hour or so. Then after, don't have the mindset of "let's try again", cause your tilt will continue, and ignore your match history. go straight into a normal game, and play your game and your game alone.

Hopefully something here might help you! I can't say every technique works for everyone. I cannot play normals with friends on tilt, for example, but what I can do is play normals with a different objective in mind, other than to win. So hope something here helps you, otherwise, just take a break! that usually helps :)

I usually use aram, or bots and do something entirely silly. On Hit veigar beating up on some bots is always a fun feeling and only takes 10-15 minutes
